How can our habits help us to “count our days rightly”…?

As we enter the second half of life, we can find ourselves in a time of change and transition. We need the skills to remain resilient and adaptable…whatever life may bring us.

By focusing on small successes in our behaviors, we enhance our ability to stay positive and flexible. Our approach to change gives us the tools we need to deal with life’s ups and downs.

We “count our days rightly” when we believe in our powers to change, cope and be mindfully present moment to moment. Learning these skills of change allows us to make our desired behaviors easier to do. We actually rewire our brains when we create habits.

Tiny Habits® for success

At some point, most of us have tried to make positive changes in our lives. When we don’t succeed, we think it’s our fault. But it’s not us, it’s our approach to change: too vague, too big or too complex.

The Tiny Habits method allows us to find success in making the changes we want and need. And as we become more skillful, we can even shift our identities, to become individuals with the capacity to deal with life’s changes and transitions.
